Jiannan Huang, pen name Plougher, was born in Guangdong in 1952, now lives in Beijing. He is good at landscape oil painting and traditional Chinese painting. His works participated many times in various exhibitions at home and abroad and won many awards. He received special interview of art column of CCTV, BJTV, SDTV, etc for many times. He is now vice president of China Calligraphy and Painting Seminar, vice director and secretary-general of Oil Painting Professional Committee of China Artists' Exchange Association, standing director of China Calligraphy and Painting Artists' Association, art consultant of World Chinese Art net, prior of honor of Beijing Olympic Gallery China, etc. From 1970's, he has many of his paintings popular in areas such as Guangdong Province and Heilongjiang Province. Early in 1981, Huang Jiannan's works participated in World Family Art Fair West Germany and there he received high attention from art lovers at home and abroad.
